Terms and Conditions
This document establishes the terms and conditions under which Munay Path Experience E.I.R.L. provides its tourism services. By contracting any of our services, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the conditions described herein.
Application of Rates
Prices for the services offered are subject to change without prior notice, according to the availability and conditions of the suppliers.
All quotations are indicative and do not guarantee availability until the reservation has been confirmed and the corresponding payment has been received.
Final rates will only be confirmed at the time the reservation is formally completed.
Accommodation Services (Hotels)
Hotel reservations and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Check-in and check-out times are established directly by each hotel and may vary depending on the establishment.
Any modification of dates, guest names, or booking conditions will be subject to the policies and penalties established by the hotel or corresponding provider.
Tourism Programs and Packages
Prices for programs, circuits, and travel packages may vary depending on the season, requested dates, and booking lead time.
Included services will be strictly limited to those expressly detailed in the confirmed program.
Date changes or modifications will be subject to the policies of the tourism operators involved.
Payment Policy
To confirm any service, an initial payment of 70% of the total value is required. This payment is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe prior to the start of the service.
Munay Path Experience accepts payments in United States Dollars (USD) and Peruvian Soles (PEN).
Available payment methods and any administrative charges or commissions will be processed through a payment link issued directly by the company and directed to the company’s official bank account.
Bank fees, transfer commissions, or payment platform charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once the trip or service has started, no refunds will be issued, either full or partial.
In the event of cancellations affecting services already confirmed, refunds will be subject to the policies and administrative charges of the respective providers (hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, among others).
No refunds will be issued for passengers who fail to appear at the indicated date and time (No Show).
Any request for cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing (via email). Verbal notifications will not be considered valid.
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Munay Path Experience, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the conditions established by the providers involved.
Immigration and Health Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to possess valid personal documentation and to comply with the immigration and health requirements of both the country of origin and destination.
Passports must have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date the trip begins.
If traveling with minors, the passenger must have the corresponding legal authorizations.
Compliance with visas, vaccinations, or other requirements is the responsibility of the passenger.
Liability
Munay Path Experience acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism service providers.
The company is not responsible for events of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural phenomena, public disturbances, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond its control.
Penalty, refund, and cancellation policies are established by each provider and must be respected by both the client and Munay Path Experience.
Acceptance of Terms
Contracting any of the services offered by Munay Path Experience implies the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
